I started on the business side. My early career in Bangladesh put me close to customers, campaigns, enterprise technology projects, proposals, tenders, contracts, and commercial decisions. Over time, data became a bigger part of how I worked through performance reporting, CRM information, customer trends, cost analysis, and KPI dashboards.
I moved to the USA to deepen that work through analytics. My M.S. in Business Analytics at Kent State University strengthened my technical foundation in SQL, Python, visualization, databases, statistical modeling, and machine learning. At Pipeline Packaging, I then applied analytics directly to sales, pricing, margin, and data validation work.
Today, I bring the business and analytical sides together. My current work includes commercial analytics, large scale outcomes research, and mobile application security analysis. Across these different settings, I am interested in whether the data and analysis are reliable enough to support the decision being made.
